Everyone is extremely nice and professional. They are upfront about problems and costs. Very trustworthy. Had a transmission leak, bad oil leak and coolant leak. My rabbit was there for a bit, but good and thorough service is worth waiting the extra time for.

I needed to a schedule it twice bc the first time the girl scheduled it for the wrong time.
When she quoted me over the phone it didn't match the price she said when I got there. And they left my car out in the cold without starting it so when I got it back it had troubles starting.

The dramatic jump from a free tire plug to over $20 to plug a tire was a shock. No prices anywhere and was not told before hand of the cost until after they plugged the tire. If I known it was over $20 I would have taken it to geralds where I have a warranty and got it done for free.

Brought car in to get a new starter. No other issues.
Got car back went one mile got a "check engine" light.
They told me it would be a $180.00 diagnostic fee. I told them the car was without check engine light when I brought it in. They still would not help with the issue.
I will talk with the owner and see what can be done.
I had them do work on my AC last year and they were great. Something has changed.

They were fast and efficient but they couldn't do my brake flush bc the machine was broken and for my air filters they had to door dash the filters there and I ended up paying around 90 dollars for the filter.. I felt like I shouldn't have had to pay that much I could've just waited and did the filters at a later date

Quoted 75 dollars for an oil change, final bill was 87 dollars. Was told 1 to 1.5 hours for job and was called 2 hours and 50 minutes later. Parked car in driveway when I got home and some of the old used ( black ) oil leaked off of the tray under the car. Needs to be wiped off as part of the job.

It was great, I really wasnt expecting the price of the service, but they explained it all to me, I didnt even know my car had to have full synthetic, the person who did my services on my car was absolutely wonderful, when I got my car back there was a card and a pack of cookies on the dash.

I went in explaining my rear gear grinding and also asked for a 21 point used car inspection. They came back 2 hours later telling me "your reverse is grinding" and didnt even do the inspection. I know the reverse is grinding! Tried to charge me for an inspection anyway. Ended up giving me a "discount" because i raised the concern. I feel they were just too busy to be honest that day.wont be goin back.

Best service I ever had in a long time was very hesitant at 1st . 19.99 for oil change service prices was low enough for me to spend more money on my car that was needed.
