I had an oil change and now my truck is leaking oil. Found about 8 silver dollar size stains on the pavers on my driveway. my truch never leaked before. I put newspaper under it about 4 hours ago and went back out and there are 4 more big drips. Not Happy.

Very thorough. They honored a warranty for the previous repair done a year ago. Water pump failed after 1 year. They had my car for about 8 days due to the difficulty of getting the parts for my Fiat but kept me informed on progress. I would go back to them again for other work

They definitely live up to their name. Went in to get brake pads replaced. He told me I didnt need that. Got a few other housekeeping items done to my truck but will be back if I ever need anything. By the way, the cost for the brake pads was cheaper than other shops around, thats why I picked them originally.

I was disappointed in the condition of my car when I picked it up. Floor in front and back was filthy and I clean my car regularly. Many interior surfaces were dirty with hand prints.
Finally, I was disappointed by a lack of communication through a 3 1/2 day repair. EVERY call between me and them was initiated by me, including three asking if my car was finished.

Probably the best auto repair experience I've ever had. Car was towed in and I expected the worst. The tram here was honest and professional. Their Auto Health check report is great and easy to understand!! Car was back on the toad the next day and the vill was a third if what I expected. Highly recommend!!

Brought vehicle to Honest-1 due to a problem with one tire loosing pressure thinking it was an imbedded nail . Tuns out after testing twice for a leak in the tire there was no pressure problem and no nail was found. Explanation was possible debris in the tire stem. Problem has not resurfaced.
