The service staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their computer/communications system is great...receive a video of the mechanic showing what's the problem and what they suggestion as a solution. Waiting area is clean, comfortable with free coffee, water and popcorn. There's also a couple of vending machines. I love Honda of the Desert!

I bought my 2024, Honda Accord, Hybrid, Sport L here and brought it for scheduled maintenance. I feel valued as a customer and respected as a person. They take good care of my car.

Great experience at Honda of the desert. Jesus Rubio was very professional and extremely communicative during the process while my vehicle was being serviced. Jesus also shared the shuttle service that Honda of the desert offers to make sure their customers are able to continue through their day and get to and from the dealership.

They did not give me the car in working condition. I was half way home when most of the lights turned on and I had to return to have them fix whatever they did to my car.. I took it for oil change and tire rotation and God knows what they did wrong. This is terrible service

I'm not sure why, on the inspection report, ,tire wear/alignment is checked as OK but then it says that I need four new tires. The best part was that I had to take it because of the recall but having just had a fifth epidural, they picked my car up and brought it back so I didn't have to sit there for hours.

Appreciate the thoroughness of their technicians. While waiting, I was sent a video of the sections of my car that concerned them and we discussed cause and solutions. While I wasn't prepared for additional costs, I was presented with options which saved money overall.

They had me in and out. Only problem was I bought my car from carmax in July 2023 and they said my 2 years was up in February. Their information showed February, not July. So I had to pay for my oil change. I still think they are wrong but they wouldn't listen.

The only problem with the car was that the key bob was nearly dead. Checking that first wouldn't cost over $100. The problem is that reading the car manual doesn't make it easy to find that one simply needs to pry the fob open with a key. My intake agent is always very likable.

Honda is super company - this dealership is OK.
Crowded waiting area with few amenities.
Long waits for basic oil change when having a pre scheduled appointment.
Pickup for finished completed car poorly designed so that exit is restricted due to incoming customers vehicles blocking egress.
They supplied nice video description of optional service items
Did not install a sticker with mileage or time to have next oil service preformed.

I was told what service needed to be done, how long it would take and how much the estimated cost was. I received a shuttle transport to and from the dealership and everything went like clockwork. This business is really well run in my estimation. The service person did a fine job.

The service is excellent. The customer service needs revamping. The overbooking is totally for the benefit of Honda. Customers are given an exact appointment date and time, but Honda gives itself a four hour window. This is madening. Customer time is just as valuable as company time. Please do better!

I appreciated Mario's advice and support. He took the time to educate me about many of the features of the CRV. He arranged a ride home for me and then a return pick up. I had to return to get help to adjust the dashboard display and Mario again took the time to come out to the car and teach me how to adjust the display. Thank you

Arrived, was checked in and retired to the lounge to wait. I was kept apprised of the progress and even received a video from the technician working on the car explaining what he did and what was recommended!
One hour and a half later I was told my car was ready and what was suggested for follow up. Left with a grateful handshake and newly washed car! Very pleasant experience!

Upon inspecting my water pump, I was told that I needed a transmission fluid flush, and new spark plugs and coil packs for my vehicle. I just had a transmission fluid flush in May of 2024 and the spark plugs and coil packs were changed in August of 2024.
