Josh was great! Women are always afraid to show up at the dealership for service to their car, reason.. we feel like were about to be scammed of whats really wrong with our car and if were going to be over charged. Well, I didnt feel like that on this visit. During my visit everything was explained and I was even given some more reasonable options. My husband couldnt be there with me on my service date but I felt good with the service I received.

Adam took excellent care of me that day! He was quick to assess that the service would take far longer to complete (5 recalls I didnt know about) than the oil change I was planning on waiting for so he got my kids and I in a Courtesy vehicle. He even helped me move the car seats over from the van and then back when we returned. Tina was also wonderful helping me get a Courtesy vehicle that would fit me and my kids car seats. Ill be back just for them!
