I made an appointment and showed up early. Check in process was easy and I was able to have the recall request completed in a timely manner. I like the fact I received a hard copy of the items fixed/changed as well as soft copy. I enjoy working with Brian Dao. He is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I always ask for him when having anything done to my car.

Front engine hood was dirty after service and looked as if car didn't got proper service even after paying $500. There was transmission fluid spill near engine compartment and smoke started to emit after car was delivered. Cabin filter was kept on dashboard after delivery and wasn't replaced. Jeff was helpful and got fixed issues.

Recall service done and assume correctly. Only thing is I sent my husband to get the car serviced and he let them know he was waiting there. He does not have a cell phone and I was at work. They kept exiting me for approval of things- but I'm not allowed to use my phone at work so I couldn't respond til after 5pm. Why didn't they just ask him since he was sitting in their waiting room??

My car was not leaking oil before the oil change, after the oil change I went to pick up the car and I found it was leaking oil on the ground, the service staff said I need to pay another 250 yuan to help me check the cause of the oil leak. They damaged my car and still want to continue to cheat me out of money for the inspection. Will not go to this place again.

I get it done my car's 2nd service here. It was a good and faster. Maddy was the representative interacted with me and explained the services going to do and done. But only left out is, Service engineer did not reset the oil change information. I did it myself. Rest all good.

I was passed off to a rude arrogant salesman. I didnt want to give Stevens Creek Honda any business because of him. The car smelled like smoke and he lied about it and tried to make us feel stupid with his answer about the smell. Worst experience ever
