Customer Service agent only texts and will not walk over to you to see if you want recommended services or to tell you your car is done. I don't received texts and only discover my car was done when I noticed it in the lot. Scheduling is difficult because it's common to have the shop over booked and it's a 2 to 3 hr timeframe for an oil change

I don't understand how I can make an appointment ahead of time, and put a note on the online scheduling platform reminding them my vehicle needs an unusual ol filter, please have it on hand, and then the oil filter is not there when my appointment comes up? And then the service advisor won't apologize, or even acknowledge my concern?

Ever since Andy started helping me i have had the best service. He makes sure my vehicle gets done in a timely manner. That used to never happen. I used to wait several hours for even an oil change. He always responds fast and gets my appointments set up when i need them.

My oil change was fine, but you keep bringing back services that need to be done instead of already been done. I'm not stupid enough to do Services twice! Also, you guys were supposed to look at something on my car and call and tell me what the issue is and what it would take to fix it but a week later no call no text nothing.

Due to the amount of work needed on my vehicle, Mauricio Hernandez arranged for a Lyft to take me home so the repairs could be completed by the next day. I contacted the sales person, and he said he would set something up and get back to me. He never did. I then contacted the sales manager, and he told me the same thing. i will NEVER go back to honda salem. costs were egregiously high. my service advisor was demeaning and rude and wasted over a month of my time ordering overpriced parts and actively not communicating with me or my insurance. my experience at honda salem left me in tears and i will never return or give them a cent of my business.

Vehicle was brought in to the dealership for battery replacement on August 20 and turned away by service staff. Later managers had to come to my work to replace a dead battery because service staff didnt listen when I explained what was happening since I was given the vehicle less than 24 hours. This was all done a day after the vehicle left the lot. Date of service SHOULD BE AUGUST 20, 2024. Fix your records.

service was prompt (install 4 new tires). had to return to HoS when TPMS warning came on, although no visible issue. following week, issue recurred; tech reset TPMS and lowered tired pressure to 32 psi, vs 35 psi standard... tires function properly.
