Wonderful people and quick service. Reason I give it 4 and not 5.. to keep it short, rotor(s) should have been replaced as the sound is not "Normal". I also requested an oil change but was talked out of it because it was changed 1k miles ago but that was 9 months ago... I mean it kindly when I say I'm a first time buyer, not a first time owner.

Tyler, thank you for your feedback and allowing us to take care of your F150. That is correct, your mileage was changed a little over 1k miles prior to this visit, and Ford recommends a 10k mile interval on the oil. Typically, we do 1 year for those guests that do not drive their vehicles as much as others. Thank you again, see you at the next visit!

Market prices on their used cars, although we received a good trade in price, communication between customer and dealer is absolutely terrible, if you call to talk to your salesperson or staff there's a very high percentage that you will not get a return phone call. We had our vehicle almost 3 months and this is the 1st contact from the dealership about anything, I probably wouldn't recommend Honda of Port Richey if asked

They didn't thoroughly check out the vehicle purchased for any OBVIOUS problems. Had to take two extra over 100 miles trips to get the problems corrected under their lousy warranty. Their not affiliated with the other Honda dealerships in Tampa or Brandon, which is a ridiculous inconvenience for buyers from other areas.

Kelly Roberts is my new Service adviser. She was very helpful when I had an emergency- flat tire. She has an excellent knowledge of tires and helped me select new tires and got me right in the same day. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and I trust her recommendations. She personally came to my house the next day on her day off to replace the spare tire into the storage area of my car, which we were unable to do ourselves (the shop techs forgot to do this probably because I was the last person at the dealership at 7 PM closing time). Thank You Kelly!! Also manager Bill was excellent and worked to get the me best price available. Branden who checked me out at 7 PM after Kelly had to leave was super helpful as well.
