Took a very long time for an oil change. When I got my keys back the chains were bend and keys fell off. I had my tires rotated and it feels like my tires are about to fall off. I call them back and no one picks up. They left the oil change light and tires pressure light on as well

Great customer service. The car was serviced in a timely manner. The only suggestion would be to have them contact their customers once the car is ready for pick up. I ended up showing up before the shop closed and almost missed the technician to release my vehicle on that day. The car was ready but they did not call me to pick it up.

Identified with Appointment at 12:15 pm. Service Rep greeted me and reviewed my desired service. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate availability in the waiting area. WiFi available. I didn't like waiting almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I didn't like the fact that I had called and made an appointment, which was a wait appointment, which from past experience is an hour wait. When I got there I was told it would be more like 1.5 hours. They managed to be done in 1.25 hours, so I was okay with that. They forgot to reset my maintenance minder, but I was easily able to do that myself. Debbie at check out was professional and pleasant, as usual.

The paperwork does not indicate in writing that my tires were rotated, just the oil change. I was told that the code A1 indicated that it was done. I should not have to ask. I meant to mark my tires but did not and should not need to do so. I can only hope they were really rotated since the tires wear better when they are.

I brought my vehicle in for them to look at the suspension. They found a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Mitchell printed of a list and went over each item that needed to be fixed. I ok'd all of repairs and Mitchell arranged a ride home for me. The repairs took a day and Mitchell arranged another ride for me back to the dealership. Everything went well and the car drives great!

Service was good but slow. Promised 1.5 hours for completion. Ended up being 2.75 hours. Also I showed the guy who checked me in the coupon I received for the service. He charged me full price. I had to show him again and remind him of the coupon price. He adjusted it finally.

My Service Advisor (Jermaine) during the visit was very friendly, respectful and helpful in tending to my issue. I just didn't like the time it took to replace a tire under warranty. I arrived at 9am and didn't get out until 11:50am. Overall though, I was pleased.
