The cost of service was good, but when I checked out the bill had 1.5 hours of shop hours billed instead of 0.5. I almost paid, but it was $200 more than I anticipated. I had to call my service tech to the window to see why my bill was so high. It was corrected, but I'm not sure this was an honest mistake by the dealer. Be sure to get a quote for the service you are signing up for and double-check when you get your bill.

I've never had any issues and I've been taking my Acura there for 8 years. They make suggestions of services needed and don't strong arm you into getting service you don't want or can wait longer. Service members are really professional and send a video of the car being serviced. Even though it's a dealer they really are reasonably priced for oil changes and routine stuff.

I wasn't happy with my first visit but it turned out great. They did everything they could to figure out the issue and got it fixed. When the issue reoccurred due to my carelessness, they were able to have it fixed the same day. The only con is they are limited on loaner vehicles :)

Diagnosed engine problem where engine ran rough at idle and sometimes during acceleration. Felt like the engine was hesitating. Shop adjusted the valves. Engine runs smoothly now. Shop did a 4 wheel alignment which has improved handling at all speeds.

Issue with sunroof seal still same, service dept stated their mechanic did change seal and put it back to spec. If any gear/ component to fix issue needed adjustment, it wasnt done. All I heard it was put back to spec, and if it does leak it won't damage interior for reason, how it was designed. Possibly car needs to go to body shop where they do work as this for a living.
