the service manager is not easy to work with. he talks his game and will not take time to explain things. you know nothing and he knows it all. He partially charged for an oil change and tire rotation that had been paid for at time the auto was purchased. How come the last 7 were not charged but this one was? Hmm. am in the market for new auto but won't be from there. other work performed was expensive but satisfactory.

Full point inspection is never done right.. I know I needed to get new tires and get my air filter changed but when they came to me they said everything was good.. not happy with my experience at all and I do not trust them with my car as I have not had a time where I did not have an issue with staff or my car maintenance..

The people who work here are always friendly and polite. They are professional in their jobs and it shows in their completed assignments. My car is always looking and running better than when I brought it in. On both my vehicles the service department has broken something on my vehicles. On my Honda they have broken a tire sensor when putting on new tires. Not fixed yet! On my Scion they broke the antenna. Didn't fix it! Now on my Honda they broke the passenger rear view mirror. Not fixed yet! The low air sensor was a year and a half ago and according to them it's still on back order.

I was totally comfortable with Tommy, the sales guy. I bought the car sight unseen, but Tommy did everything that I asked and took detailed photos so I could evaluate. I trust the dealership because of their detailed inspection and thoroughly serving the vehicle prior to putting it up for sale.
So far, Im happy. Cant wait to see the car that is going to be shipped to me in Virginia in the next few days..

As always excellent. They have always done a great job for us. I however would never ever buy from them because the owners, Morgan group, have a terrible reputation and I mean terrible, like big time bad, famous for taking forever to pay off trade ins, doing inferior repairs and cheating people.

It took forever just to get those things done. And I had a early morning appointment. 8 hours later they called and said it was ready. I went there. They still hadn't washed it like I asked. And waited 10 more minutes for that. Yet everyone else was done.

sorry for the inconvenience and delay. we should have communicated better. We had our shop foreman work on your vehicle to verify vibration with it being a 22 we wanted to make sure there were no other issues with the brakes. He was also working on a few other big jobs. Our fault we definetly needed to communicate that. Please check you email for more.

It was ok... usually top notch, but hood was left open and I had my cabin air filter replaced. As I was driving, and air on I kept hearing a strange noise.. a flutter so I figured out how to get to filter and found leavess in the fan.. ugh
Good thing about that, I can now check and change my own cabin air filter for 1/2 the price.

I changed from Honda of Gainesville to Honda of Lake City after the purchase of my last Honda was such a nightmare. I'm so glad I made the change. They are reasonably priced , treat customers like they should be treated and perform top notch service on your vehicle. I recently waited 4 hours (my choice) for a repair and didn't even mind the wait. I will stick with Honda of Lake City for all of my vehicle needs.

not happy with being charged for a big item that was supposed to have been repaired in November that was very costly to me. When the service woman came back to me she said it it would be covered under warranty. Really puts doubts in my mind about the service department

Excellent! RJ always displays courtesy and professionalism. He was able to get my oil changed in a timely manner even though I had not made an appointment. John, from the Service Department, came by and asked if everything was good with my car and if I had any issues or concerns. Everything was fine! The service was completed fairly quickly. The search for excellence is still not around regardless of the fact that the service department has its four managers during the five years I have been using its services. In five years, I have not been asked or notified of any need for transmission fluid exchange, main engine's belt replacement, valves adjustment, throttle valve cleaning, etc. Not good!

For a scheduled appointment it took way longer than it shouldve to get my service done I told the service writer that it was a new Vin number not the same car I had been burning and they wrote the ticket under the old Vin number instead of the new Vin number only thing got right was the mileage
