First of all price is higher than most of the Honda service centers. They wanted to replace extra expensive part which is not necessary as per other service centers. Only for oil change this center is good.

Honda of Kenosha has ongoing service problems. They expect an ID with credit card payment even if I've been a customer for years and I'm in their systems with your 3 Honda vehicles purchased there.
