I was told I could drop car off the night before. The driveways to the dealership were blocked and there was no night drop box. I ended up leaving my keys with a night cleaner. I had to call to help them find them in the morning. Took nearly two hours for anyone to contact me back, despite calling and texting, when I tried to confirm pick-up.

The service department is always professional and communicative. Unfortunately on my recent visit for an oil change, the splash plate was not adequately reattached and starting to fall off a couple days later. But they were very responsive in getting it back on without any appointment and also checked everything underneath. I'm pleased with the experience.

Continuosly sent back and forth to service, parts, and others to get answers. If I needed a status update or any information, I had to call and find out - I rarely got calls back when told so. I was hung up on twice when trying to find answers. I was told I had to provide paperwork for my extended warranty even though they ended up pulling it up in the system after I kept asking. Very poor experience overall.

Honda on the westbank offer such professional service. Never have I had a problem at this location. The service clerk name Ms. Linda exceed my expectations. Always warm and very kind. She has never ever made me feel like the service center is taking advantage of me by offering me things I do not need. I honestly can say, I trust this woman. Will purchase my future car from this location. Honda Harvey location.

I had an oil change with the inspection.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a video with the video of the service provided and that I would need a break pass sometime in the future. He said when my breaks started making noise to bring it in. Everyone was polite and professional.

Service department assured us that all scheduled work was being covered by warranty. It wasn't until they completed all work that they informed us it wasn't covered and we had to pay out of pocket. Very deceptive behavior. We won't be returning to Honda for any future service on our vehicle.

Excellent service and knowledgeable employees. Waited at dealership for car and waiting room was clean. As employees came in they would say hello to everyone. Was kept up to date about what they were doing on vehicle. Service time was excellent. Would recommend this dealership's service department.

They were able to take care of my car without a reservation. Battery went out while I was on the North shore but I wanted to handle everything on the South shore because I live closer to the south shore. They were able to get me a new battery, do an oil change, and get me out in time before my sitter had to leave. Great service

Very fast and excellent, caring service! While on an errand, my car had difficulty starting, so I drove to the dealership without an appointment. Even though they were about to close, Trenton took the car overnight. First thing the next morning he called with a detailed description of the problem. Service was completed quickly thereafter. I'm happy with this service center mainly because the service representative always take time and explain to me in detail what's going on with my vehicle and the cost involved before doing any maintenance. I also appreciate the mechanic who worked on my vehicle also explains the work performed.

They recommend things that aren't required and charge you 10 times what other reliable mechanics charge. Unless your car is under warranty, go somewhere else so you're not taken advantage of. They are also impossible to contact by phone to ask questions and never return phone calls when you leave multiple messages.

Linda is great to work with. If I can't reach her on the phone, she is quick to call me back and quick to resolve any issues that I may have. My only complaint is that there are never any cars available to rent. I've purchased my last 5 Honda's from this location bc of the location and the fact that I can't go without a vehicle, so I could usually rent a car from here for a day; but not anymore...

Lack of communication throughout the 7 hours. Attempted to charge more than the signed and agreed to amount at final billing. Unpleasant, condescending attitude of service staff. Disorganized and inattentive. Unprofessional. Service department has declined since dealership changes owners. Will not return.

This Honda service center is a disappointment. Their prices are two to three times higher than other local centers, which is hard to justify. Sherman's customer service was particularly challenging; his condescending tone made it uncomfortable and created a tense atmosphere for both customers and staff. The combination of high prices and poor customer experience means I will not recommending this service center to anyone.

Now that my car is out of warranty, I will never go here again. Entirely overpriced (like by an amount they should be ashamed) and very uncommunicative when trying to get simple answers. They also offer "free car multi point inspection" which is just a guide to try to upsell you on more things. They wanted to change my engine and cabin filters for over $150! I bought the parts on amazon for $20 and did it myself in less than 10 minutes.
