I have had nothing but a great experience at Honda of Escondido. They even found a very serious problem that another local Honda dealership couldn't find because they clearly didn't take the time. The issue was in the steering and I was having difficulty with it. When I brought it to Escondido they took the time and was able to replicate the issue - called me and said sorry - you cannot drive this car - the entire steering column malfunctioned and had to be replaced. My car was fairly new, still under warranty, they had it for several days and when I picked it up - what a difference. They probably saved my life because they said at some point the steering wheel would have locked - I could have been on the freeway!!

This is the second Honda dealership I have been to that has NOT acknowledge I have a rear main seal leak for my 2022 Honda CRV despite that fact that two local reputable auto mechanics have said my car has a leak. This dealership service department refused to fix my car. Very incompetent! Honda should pay to fix my leak before my warranty runs out next month! I am truly disgusted with this dealership! I will never buy another Honda from Honda of Escondido! This is barely a three-old car.
