I'm very pleased with the work that was done to replace my tired clutch. My only issue with the service is a hold-over from several months ago when I came in for an oil change. At that time the service tech neglected to re-set the oil life indicator, so my car continues to tell me that I have 15% oil life. When I brought it in for the clutch replacement I was assured that the indicator would be re-set. Yet again, it was not.

The services I requested were performed, but I have to say I waited a very long time considering I was only there for an oil change. Also, the technician failed to reset the oil life indicator, so it's registering that I have only 30% oil life even though the oil was just changed.

It was a pleasant experience. Upon entering I did not have a wait to see a service representative. The wait time for my car to be done was minimal especially for a Friday. The facilities were clean especially the waiting area. I usually take my car to another Honda dealership for my service but I may switch to Danbury.

Issues with tires after tire rotation was completed. Error on dash appeared when I left the service center. Nickel and dime you for everything such as 1.75 fee when using services to book an appointment and $10 charge for getting rid of your old oil is ridiculous. Service manager was contacted 3x and no return phone call. Staff also took messages and still no return phone calls.

I like the fact that you didn't make me wait overlong.
I very much don't like that fact that something happened to my muffler while the car was in your care. But, for my schedule I would have returned immediately. It sounds like someone stuck a screwdriver through my muffler.
Now I doubt I ever will return.
