I got a little confused about recommended extra work that was apparently not needed based but only per suggested frequencies and when my car would be ready to pick up. We were eventually able to pay with a check to avoid the added 3% surcharge. I had some difficulty getting ahold of the service rep.

It was fine. I just wish they would stop with all the extras that just seem like a way to get more money out of you. I have checked with a mechanic and some of these are not necessary unless you have a problem. I have also researched and found it to be true.

I don't think that the maintenance inspection was done because I got no feedback on the inspection. Normally I receive the inspection results but I got nothing at all. I am disappointed that I didn't get it. I know my CRV is an older model, but I depend on it for work.

My engine splash guard shield was loose and dragging. A few bolts must have fallen out. Couldn't drive with it dragging. Called AAA and driver removed it. Thankfully didn't have to had it towed. Went to dealership without an appointment. Had to wait a while, but they fixed it..no charge

Kevin worked on my vehicle and worked tirelessly to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I was uber ed to my hotel and back . Service lounge was nice and accommodating.
