No Service was performed on this date. The service manager is rude and self absorbed. I put on a survey that his shop left dirty fingerprints on my cream colored skylight cover on my brand new Odessey and the manager called to tell me off for not turning around and letting him take care of it instead of putting it on the survey. He was so nasty I don't want to go to this dealership again and it was over something so small. I hope he gets a brand new car with a light interior and someone leaves their prints all over it. If it happened to him I bet he would have a fit. Not professional. Doesn't care about doing a good job. He holds the customer to a higher standard of care than he does himself. Glad

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Honda of Cleveland Heights while purchasing a car. During the test drive, I noticed that the brakes felt unusually hard. I brought this up with the dealership, but they dismissed my concern, claiming their technician had checked everything and assured me it was fine.
Unfortunately, on my drive back home the same day, both the brake and engine lights came on. I took the car to a different dealership for inspection, and they found a significant problem with the brake system, which will cost over $2,700 to fix. Despite having purchased a "bumper to bumper" warranty from Honda of Cleveland Heights (warranty was through a third party but was sold to me by the dealership), the warranty is only covering about half of the repair cost. To make matters worse, the dealership has been unresponsive to my calls and requests for assistance.
Overall, my experience with Honda of Cleveland Heights has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and accountability, especially after being assured of the quality and coverage of the warranty. I would caution others to be wary and ensure all concerns are thoroughly addressed before finalizing any purchase with this dealership.
