The Salesperson was very easy to chat with and understanding. The car I wanted was actually being bought by someone that came in earlier than I did. They still let me test drive the car to see what I liked and didn't like about the model. They also showed me an upgraded version to see the differences. Loud fan noise immediately following air filter replacement. When I returned to have it checked they blew air in the system cleaning out dust and demonstrating that they don't clean anything when changing the air filter. They said it's probably the motor and total coincidence that it began when being serviced. Definitely didn't make a good case snd left me not testing their service any longer.

They lied about what was wrong with a used car. They kept saying it was different things than what it actually was. I told them what it was doing and they just ignored it. Sells person was terrible. Manager wouldn't answer it call back when I left a message. Assistant GM just pawned the issue on everybody else until I finally threatened a lawyer. After the lawyer speak they become good to deal with but took 4 weeks for that to happen.
