The Salesperson was very easy to chat with and understanding. The car I wanted was actually being bought by someone that came in earlier than I did. They still let me test drive the car to see what I liked and didn't like about the model. They also showed me an upgraded version to see the differences. Cool person and nice car buying experience for someone who hasn't bought a car in a decade.

Poor customer service and even though I had purchased lifetime oil changes from this dealership. I was charged for oil disposal and tire rotation. Without explanation, inspection text recommended "urgent"need for brake and rear differential fluid flushes on a one year old car. I felt nickel and dimed.

The required and recommended service (B1) was great. What I did not appreciate was how I was shown possible problems and services that may/that may happen ie, $1900 and needed to be done. My Ridgeline only has 59+ miles and I informed Honda that I follow what my service indicates what service is needed-period!!!

Loud fan noise immediately following air filter replacement. When I returned to have it checked they blew air in the system cleaning out dust and demonstrating that they don't clean anything when changing the air filter. They said it's probably the motor and total coincidence that it began when being serviced. Definitely didn't make a good case snd left me not testing their service any longer.

They lied about what was wrong with a used car. They kept saying it was different things than what it actually was. I told them what it was doing and they just ignored it. Sells person was terrible. Manager wouldn't answer it call back when I left a message. Assistant GM just pawned the issue on everybody else until I finally threatened a lawyer. After the lawyer speak they become good to deal with but took 4 weeks for that to happen.

My experience was horrible from the minute I stepped in because of the service advisor Stephen Gonzalez, who was rude and sarcastic. I have been going to this dealership for almost 18 years and have been dealing with Tedd Holt but unfortunately he was on vacation that week.
