I made the service appointment on-line. Upon arrival in the service lane, I was promptly met by Nick, a service advisor, who is very pleasant and quickly checked our CRV in for service. The service was performed in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The hot beverage machine was greatly appreciated!

Low tire pressure due to temperature drop. I thought one tire was going flat. They checked and aired up all the tires. I had the car serviced the week before and oil changed. It would have been nice if they had aired up the tires then. They did not charge me for the air check and I like the serviceman I contact.

Excellent job getting repair covered by warranty. Tech did not clean up after repairs. Paperwork showed the warranty company was charged for a rental car we did not receive. Actual repair done was less parts installed and 1/3 the cost we were quoted.

The two times my vehicle was in for service with Josh Cox was terrible. First time was to have a tire rotation and someone decided it did not to be done and no one could tell me who made that stupid decision. Second time tire rotation w/balance and no one could tell me who made the stupid decision to not do the balance. If I ever come back for service I will never work with Josh Cox.
