Went in for a safety check and oil change. Was told that it would take about two hours, but the service ended up taking around 3 and a half hours to finish. That is too long to wait in the waiting room for the car to be done. Went in at 9:30 AM and finished 1:00 PM. It seems that this type of service has low priority.

I go to Honda Windward have my 2021 Civic serviced. I make the drive from town to Kaneohe (about 16 minutes from Makiki area) because I love their service and their lounge too. Sometimes I take their free shuttle to Windward Mall to hang out. I've taken my car to quick change oil service before only to find out later that they didn't replace engine shield bolts which cost money, time and headache to replace.

Awesome experience, Service agent (Kanoa) was amazing communication on point and made my experience most comfortable, trusted and satisfied. Even though my discouragement of my extended warranty being expired due to mileage Kanoa went beyond to accommodate with discounts as well as rate of the rental and overall charges.

Great service department. You know the service will be done right. It was easy to make an appointment and I only had to wait around 20 minutes for my oil and air filter change. HW has done all my servicing and they have all your history of what was done to your vehicle and when. I highly recommend Honda Windward for keeping your Honda In top working condition and to avoid problems later.

Customer service associates and the repair crew did a fantastic job. They explained everything that needed to be done and did the repair in the estimated time it would take to do the repair. They were not pushy. I would definitely come back to service my Honda Fit here again, and I will refer other Honda owners to do the same.
