Poor experience with Honda Santa Monica service. My service advisor was not responsive & poorly communicated to set expectations or timing. My issue, a broken media kit (i.e. bluetooth, apple carplay) in a brand new Honda CR-V took nearly a month to resolve the issue. It was only after the Service Manager got involved in the situation did my experience dramactically improve.

I like that they fixed the two recall items.
I don't like that they are are hugely understaffed
I don't like that it takes hours or the entire day to get a problem fixed, even with an appointment.
I really don't like the waiting room: Bad coffee, nothing good to eat, a tv with no channel choices.
I bought my vehicle at this dealership, but I certainly don't feel like a valued customer--ever.

Honda Santa Monica is a great place to buy a car for the sales person to the manager they all put in the effort. JP is a great salesman took us top to bottom on the whole car. Q the finance guy was very good at explaining everything we needed to know on the money end of the deal. Then the Manager Inez there is probably no one nicer than her she is amazing to work with.

No problem with Santa Monica Honda. My complaint is with Honda corporate. I first got the current recall notice about a year ago. The replacement part is still not available. Honda should do better. This is my first complaint about any Honda service in the past 10 years and two Accords.
