The service was good but I called to ask about a timeline for express service and I was told about and hour and a hal. I ended up being at the dealership for close to 4 hours. When my tech can to talk to me I tough he was telling me they would be done. Not that they would be starting in another hour. It was disappointing I would have arranged to go home if I had an accurate timeline.

I have always had a reasonably good experience but just the other day my wife with her brand new car had a horrible experience. Just 4000 miles on the car and it needed all kinds of fuel system work and you couldn't provide her with a rental or a loaner and kept the car for two days very unacceptable and she is very disappointed. I really hope it's not because she was a female.

Honda North indicated that 3 issues were critical and needed IMMEDIATE attention. Only one needed to be fixed immediately... an issue with the wiring that had been chewed on by mice/rats. Fixed no issues.
Engine cooling and transmission flush - claimed that they needed to be done immediately. Another mechanic said no... they could wait several months.
I feel that they were trying for a "money grab".

I'm really sorry to hear that you felt our recommendations were more urgent than necessary. When talking about engine coolant (replaced every 5-10 years, depending on driving patterns and vehicle) and transmission flushes (replaced 3-5 years, depending on driving patterns and vehicle), a month or two would still fall under the urgent category.
Depending on how much you drive, your next visit for service or an oil change could be 6-12 months out, making the engine coolant and transmission flush well past due. It's never our intention to mislead or pressure any of our customers, but to inform them of services needed now and in the immediate future.

Tires were rotated. However, the following day, I discovered a tire screw in the driveway and one was missing from one of the tires.
I returned to Honda North the following day to assure that all the screws were tight and to have the detached screw replaced.

I scheduled an appointment to drop off the vehicle at 7:00 a.m. on December 2nd. The car was not even looked at until the following day. Then a part had to be ordered meaning the car could not be picked up until December 4th. Had I known the car was not going to be looked at on the day that I scheduled the appointment, I certainly would not have left it there. It was a major inconvenience.
