Great service. Service Advisor Rob was friendly, professional, and thorough. He reviewed previous service visits to make sure that only necessary service would be done. I received a video clip from the mechanic going over all of his findings and recommendations. It was a good feeling to actually SEE that everything was on the up and up. Rob also arranged an appraisal for my car that I requested. Car wash was offered too.

I had a terrible experience with Horrible Honda North and their service team. I brought my car in for one issue, only to be told I needed additional services that felt unnecessary and designed to rack up labor costs. They pushed expensive services that seemed more for their benefit than mine. To top it off, my car wasn't even washed or detailed after the service. I won't be trusting them with my vehicle again.

Tech forgot to place the oil cap on this time, saw it wedged under my hood. From time to time they forget things, like leave the glove compartment off after checking the cabin filter. Maybe they're understaffed or rushed? Tech also now sends you videos of your car as they do a walk through, I guess that nice but is this making them feel rushed and missing simple things like replacing the oil cap? Staff is always friendly and courteous

Normally 5 stars; but no summary form of what was checked was given at the end; couldn't check specifically addressed concerns b/c staff to do it were not there (during normal business hours), even though I discussed having this checked on drop off. Also, cost for routine diagnostic is $200 up front.
