Among the work I had done was re coding my keys. It was done wrong. I returned to the dealer to have it corrected. It was done wrong a second time. I am a wheel chair bound service disabled veteran. I pay a driver to take me around. I now have to return a 3rd time because it was done wrong on the 1st and second time.

It was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to take my car in for a recall. I wasn't aware of how long it was going to take. I did reach out a day before to find out but no one responded. I was told at the front desk 4 hours but it was actually 5 hours and 20 minutes. Not happy about that because I could made arrangements beforehand to be picked up.

Smooth transition and waiting for the car in the lounge, and out within the hour from appointment time. Monday's seemed very busy by 9A, and this dealer would possibly need two dedicated lanes/four mechanics for just oil changes regardless of time of day.

Although the dealership was busy, Tony assured me that the job would be done within 2 hours. I was treated courteously and indeed the job was done, with minimal cost. Actually, there was nothening negative about my visit. The technician, Mr Khalid, was very thorough in checking past visits to see what my CRV needed and in searching out those coupons I could use to lighten the hit on my pocketbook.
