Great service. Easy to make an appointment. They meet you at your car right away when you pull up. The waiting area is always clean (okay they maybe blast the AC a bit too much) and there is even free snacks. Plus, they keep you up to date on what is going on. There is never any pressure to up-sell you on more services.

The service was fantastic. Will Austin took care of my wife and didn't try to sell her anything she didn't need. It was a fantastic experience. They had a warranty extension for piston rings and we took it in with a check engine light on. Everything was covered by that extension. My wife and I love Honda.

Took my vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up taking over 2 hours to get out of the service department. The check-in process was slow and even after my vehicle was completed I had to wait for my advisor to come and get me. Management needs to improve the process to get people in and out faster to avoid wasting people's time waiting for simple services that should not take longer than an hour.

My service was excellent. It was done quickly and efficiently. I really liked the video of the technician showing me what he checked and did to my CRV Honda. I was very pleased with the Leander Honda facility. I have recommended to my friend, she should buy a Honda CRV. She really enjoyed my car and loved all of the features it has.

I continue to be impressed by the level of customer care at Honda Leander. My 2011 CRV requires only the minimum service. When I bring it I , the service staff are ready, have notes of all I've told them. They arrange Uber transport if I need which is quick and convenient.

Accord - Had 2 tires that needed to be replaced and the Honda Leander was extremely accommodating with us driving back and forth twice to bring the first tire and then mount it and then bring the car with the other tire.... Extra-ordinary service as always.

I was no it happy with Leander Honda. The main issue was time promised vs time taken to complete the service even after getting an appointment. Second, not letting me know that I needed to change couple of more oil only because I did not ask. Will not be going there again

From scheduling and communication, customer service, down to timeliness and quality of actual service 10/10 I brought my vehicle by for a warrantied recall repair and was initially quoted 24-48 hours; I got a message two and a half hours later that my service was complete. Talk about undersell and over deliver. I've never had a bad experience with a Honda dealership in the greater Austin area, but Honda Leander has been the best yet.

Vehicle started making a noise after service there so I returned to Honda and was charged 2 hours to inspect vehicle. I was told problem vehicle had which was about $5000 to repair. I picked up my car to get a 2nd opinion and noise car was making was no longer present. 2nd mechanic did not see problem Honda claimed it had. Honda Leander was dishonest and lacks integrity.

Service adviser said Factory Honda only put a "break in" oil in the rear differential for my 2025 ridgeline and the oil needed to be changed even though truck only had around 6,000 miles. That costs an extra $195 on top of the rest of the first service. I was never told I only had "break in" oil in my rear differential when I bought the truck a few months back.

The dealership is very clean and well run. The service supervisor keeps you up to date on the progress of the work is being done. The options you have are clearly explained to you and there are no attempts to "up sell you" on more services or products. Unlike other Honda dealerships in the area, Honda Leander appears to be fully staffed and thus appointment times are when the work actually begins on your car.

Poor service experience. The cabin air filter wasn't placed properly after inspection, so after coming home, noticed a loud noise from A/C fan. Went back and the service person blamed on rodent! TPMS wasn't reset after tire rotation and sign came up on a dashboard.
