Dylan Hiller is excellent service technician. Really appreciate Dylan's above and beyond customer service. Car wash was awesome too. Took extra care to remove as many bugs as possible. Service was completed in about the time Dylan estimated. He arranged Uber ride for me. Completely satisfied with the customer service.

Poor communication from service advisor. Quoted for services not due according to maintenance manual. Initial issue that brought me in to service was never addressed nor quoted in the repair recommendations. Will not return here for service nor for purchasing future vehicles.

I apologize for the issue you are having. There are several things that could cause your vehicle's rotors to warp. Some of the issue could be driving in stop and go conditions continuously, hard braking, a power brake, or resting the foot on the brake pedal while driving. We do not see these type of issues on Honda as the rotors tend to last a long time. The repairs were done well and they were able to get my car in pretty quickly. The only thing was the wait. I had to wait for my car for 3 and 1/2 hours in the waiting room. The service person did let me know that I was going to have a long wait.
