I spent over 6 hours waiting for the repairs to be done. However, this was my choice, as they had told me how long it would be and offered to take me home.
The service man, Jamari Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. I would like him to be my service man in the future, if this is possible.

Jordan, the Service Manager went way over the top with great service. He even agreed to call me and reserve recall parts. Proactively asked me if I would like a loaner car while the recall and 1st 10,000 mile service was being worked on. His service was the best I've received in a very long time.

This service center is staffed with courteous, knowledgeable technicians. The work is consistently done well the first time. Car is always returned clean. They even wash the car, including windows and sweeping! They are great and I highly recommend them!

My check-in and check-out experience at this dealer was horrible. The guy was very rude and had an attitude. He did not call me and advise my car was ready for pick-up and he did not provide me with my check-out report until I went back in and requested it.
I have taken my car here in the past and had a good experience but this time, I did not have a good one this time around and very skeptical about returning.

Excellent service, from the service rep (David Mickelson) to the automotive tech). This was a big job: the usual oil change/tire rotation/inspection but also front/back brakes and coolant. It wasn't cheap but the car performs perfectly now.
Bottom line: I trust the folks at Honda Carland Service to keep my eight year-old running like a top.

My service tech Jamari was fabulous and went through all of the details of the estimate of work and was very responsive. I received a loaner car which was very helpful. The downside to this visit was the very high cost on several items suggested on the estimate of work.

I always get my car serviced at Honda Carland. I love the service department. They are always fun to deal with. I've always had good work from the techs on my car. I plan on keeping my CRV for a long time and with regular maintenance I'm sure I'll be well over 200k before I need a new car.

Carland never fails to deliver what service the promise. From intake to delivery, it's great. They tell you only what you need to get done and the price ahead of time. They keep you informed and your car is returned in great condition, plus cleaned! I truly appreciate that they are honest, never pushing me to get things I don't need done and always quoting a fair price.

I can always count on the Honda dealership to assess what needs my car has. Then, they always send reminders which I really appreciate. The personnel are always friendly and answers any questions I may have. Great place to have my older car taken care of!

I have been using Honda Carland's service department since 1985. Still great customer service. Car ready when promised. They have never fixed any issues without checking and thoroughly explaining to the customer what the issues is, what problems it can cause and why it needs to be corrected.

I will never go back to Carland again. I'm really not sure how they got their high rating. You won't get what you pay for; their coupons and offers are just gimmicks to attract customers, and there are no real discounts. Their "free" inspection is a big joke.

I had a service a couple of weeks ago, and there was a problem with a gasket which did not pose a safety issue, but did need replacement. Shortly thereafter the written recommendation, I received an electronic coupon for a limited time 10% discount on the work to replace the gasket. It all worked perfectly, and it's all done now.
