Horrible service, went in for power steering issues was told my fuel pump was bad when theres nothing wrong with it. Told me there was nothing wrong with my power steering even though there clearly was, also said even if there was he couldnt fix it. My car is still not fixed.

I took my car in for an inspection and because of an emissions problem it wouldn't pass and I have to take it to the dealer to fix the problem. They wouldn't allow me to just throw money at the problem to fix it. Even though they spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out the problem I was told there would be no charge because they couldn't fix the issue. This was an unexpected first! They knew what the problem was, but because they couldn't fix it, despite spending over an hour to figure out what was wrong, I wasn't even being charged with labor! To me this is the epitome of an honest garage. A garage that cares about their customers. Thank you Hometown team!! I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back to you for service in the future!
