The new engine so far is working great. However, the lower radiator hose clamp was not slid into place and resulted in the lower radiator hose becoming detached from the radiator, loss of coolant, and triggered check engine light. Additional repair was necessary as a result.

All they did was correct their mistake on my mileage reported to Carfax. They also sent me a text the next day offering to buy my Jeep (before CarFax has the mileage corrected). Not saying that the incorrect mileage was on purpose, but I dont trust them now.

All of service has been done here, now all of a sudden, Blake stated I needed brakes and rotors all around...as much as I been there, that day, I needed brakes and rotors.... made me question the service....I normally deal with Tim, but not that today.

I can only assume that they did what they were suppose to do--you have no way of knowing. Had to wait our usual hour-and-a-half to two hours to get the service and had the obligatory greasy hand prints on everything they touched. A service manager told me they have special rags to wipe the hand prints off but I can promise you they have never wiped anything off for us.

Tim did a great job on my car. I have been taking my car there for years and those guys have done a fantastic job in checking the car. I recommend that everyone have them check out your vehicle from top to bottom because they do an excellent job. Friendly and dependable.

Tim does such an excellent job and is very supportive during car break downs. The team stayed over so I could get my car after work. I do however wish they would bring back loaner cars. At this point we are three years into Covid and I dont believe that is a valid reason anymore. All together the experience was great. Thanks Tim.

You don't want me to even start on what is wrong. Will not be using this dealership ever again; nor will I recommend them to someone else. For new or used. I would rather drive 200 miles out of my way; to another dealership than to have to work with this dealership.

I did not have an appointment that day, but the service was done. The service rep was very friendly. The waiting room was pleasant and well-stocked with drinks and snacks. I appreciated that they reminded me of the free services I had left, of which I had forgotten about.

We have a very good staff at Homer Skelton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We have purchased five vehicles from them, three new and two used. I can honestly say, all five are excellent purchases. We are well satisfied with purchases and servicing of our vehicles. I cannot think of taking our business any where else but Homer Skelton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They know how to satisfy and keep their customers!

The Service Department was great. Even though they were swamped, Manager Tim promised that he would squeeze my repair in as quickly as possible. I was expecting it to take no less than a week but to my surprise, he called the next day to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. Well done!

Did not have a good experience with this dealer! Would not offer any information concerning the accident information on the car. Would not negotiate at all on a cash offer. They were about 2 or 3 hours from us and quoted a $500 fee for paperwork on a cash deal. We have purchased vehicles before, and always have been able to negotiate with the dealer by paying cash. Very disappointed.

The employees in both the parts and service department went out of their way to help take care of our problem. My son had to drive to Nashville the next day and they made certain to get the parts and service the vehicle so it could be picked up on the same day we took it in. Thank you DJ and Mike Tate.

Nate, my service advisor, provided excellent service to me. I made a visit here after experiencing less than satisfactory service on two visits to a dealer in much closer proximity to my home. Nate and the technician at least spent some time trying to address my issues. I would definitely recommend the service department at Homer Skelton Chrysler Dodge.

Once again I had to bring my Ram 1500 in for the cruise control not operating and once again they did not fix the issue. This was after contacting Fiat/Chrysler and going thru them to have the work done. I will be going thru Fiat/Chrysler again but to another dealership. Tired of driving all that way to have work done just to be broken still.

They did not check the engine as they should have and so when I got back home and got to my mechanic, the engine was not working. It should be standard to check. When we called back to talk to them about it, they claim that there was no reason to and that they were not liable and that it could have been messed up before they got to it. I know that wasn't the case because the car had been running fine prior to the collision.
