This was the first time I took my Camaro to Holz for an oil change. Everyone was so nice and it was completed in a short amount of time. I also got a follow up call a day or so later making sure I all was good and I was satisfied. Very professional and I will definitely go back for service needs.

Service personnel basically told us that having some issues with our over the air updates was just one of many things you have to deal with when you have an EV. His story changed on what needed to happen, didn't return calls and took 2 full days to get a simple software update manually executed.

After over three weeks and not hearing anything about my vehicle I decided to give them a call. Booking agent told me my car was ready. Pick up my vehicle and saw it was ready over two weeks prior. Questioned who was in charge of calling me to let me know and was told it was a mechanic who wasn't there at the time. Oh and by the way, there was also a mix up on locating my car keys, eventually they found them.

My back-up camera is very hard to see at night . the service manger said that it is normal and there is nothing he can do per GM. Buy the way Shawn Christian the Assistant Service Manager agreed with me that the camera is hard to see at night. Shawn was very professional and listened to my concerns. I hope GM will try to come up with a fix.
