I didn't like that my confirmed online Service appointment was not received at Holz dealership. Arriving on time May 27, 2025 at 2pm, I was advised that my appointment was not showing, had to reschedule - 1 week later. Note to self: Call the Service department to schedule Service.

Mechanic programed key newly ordered key fob for SUV. He took a computer duster sprayer and sprayer air in the ignition hole. They key wasn't going in the ignition all the way. He broke the little red hose off inside my ignition. Repairs were performed.

Holz service did just what I asked for. I had noticed that the front brakes were a little down on the last service report so when they brought it up after checking them this time I told them to go ahead and fix them this time. The work was done quickly and well. I have been going here for service for many, many years and they have never given me any reason to doubt them.
