Techs at Holman Toyota did a discount oil change with filter and included tire rotation. Additionally, a video review of my vehicle was performed by the tech during the free complimentary vehicle inspection which provided me with a birds eye view of what the mechanic examined. After several emails concerning the vehicle, I made an appointment and the appointment was confirmed by the sales rep, when I arrived , I was told the car had been sold. A simple phone call to me or an email would have been appropriate and would have saved me a bit of time and effort.
