Always a great experience . They go above and beyond . Greg Z seen me in the waiting room and brought me a coke over and asked me questions on my new car and how do I like it . I also was planning on buying a car that day for my husband he seen on Facebook Greg went above and beyond to find the car but it was pulled . As always it was a pleasure to deal with Holman Infiniti. I dropped off my QX60 and picked up my loaner QX60. I received a text alerting me that my vehicle was done. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed but I told them that it was raining so I told them to not bother. The experience was five star as always!

Great customer service. I was sent a video from the mechanic as he was performing the service on my car. Waiting room was stocked with snacks and drinks. All in all it was a great experience. As a former loyal Lincoln customer I am glad I purchased an Infiniti from Holman.

The guy that took my car at express services was on his phone and didnt help me. The service rep I was working with wasnt knowledgeable and tried to tell me that heat doesnt come from the top vents it only comes out the bottoms vents by the feet. Which isnt true. They didnt have a loaner car available and I dont even think the appointment lady even asked because she was rushing me off the phone.

The listing stated an option it did not actually have, whether that is Carfax's mistake or not. I did not buy because I was looking specifically for that feature it did not have. The salesperson did however contact me with some other options, but those did not meet my needs.
