The service was fine. However, it is ridiculous that ALL Honda service departments aren't on the same system?! I was recommended some services. However, when I reviewed my previous service records; those services were already completed..so I would have paid twice for a service that was previously completed.

The sales staff were super helpful and accommodating. They were patient and the answers were legitimate. I can see deception and I can sense when I am being misled. I got none of that from anyone at Holman. I did nt buy because I decided to refurbish the vehicle I have.

There was a service person waiting outside for appointments, holding open the door and walked me to my service person Xavier.
Xavier explained everything nicely and offered updates since I was going to be waiting. He checked in with me a few times and made sure I knew about the air filter that was suggested for replacement.
After my car was finished Xavier explained the invoice.
He was extremely professional.

While waiting for your car being serviced, the mechanic sends you a video of the work he's completed and makes recommendations of what other service needs to be done soon. This is great addition that Honda service center has included. I will be coming back

Pretty poor, due to lack of basic automotive knowledge, paid $169 for a wheel alignment and they couldnt even straighten out the steering wheel. Thought that maybe Honda would take care of their own vehicles but they are just like eveytbody else, not very happy wirth the results, even Jiffy lube gives u warrenty on their wheel alignment, honda doesnt guarantee, nothing.
