I didn't appreciate that I was not given an answer to my questions, I used a special oil change coupon and I addressed to the clerk that I had a free tire rotation with the oil change, and they said I could only use one, which it did not make sense, I was given my statement and they we're multiple items listed that needed attention, I was asking questions and I was just rushed off to my car.

Holler Hyundai repeatedly does not know how to treat customers. Service couldn't be conducted because their facility is under construction- you think they would have informed you when you made the appointment. Contacted the GM, still no response. Manager on site never apologized and never followed up. I will never go back!

We were not told that we had to leave the only car we had overnight until AFTER check in. We did not get service and left as we had no other transportation. They had a flippant attitude. My service person was very nice and helpful. I have been getting services done for a few years now, and I asked if they could run my car through through the wash and they said they don't do that. I've always had a complimentary wash after service at other locations. For the price of an oil change, you would think it's not an issue.

It took 3.5 hours while we waited for an oil change, tire rotation, tire alignment, and cabin and engine filter. When I spoke to the service manager about it she acted like that was a very reasonable time frame and I should not be upset about how long it took.
