Everything was fine. The Service Tech was able to give me the special 10% discount even without my having the "coupon".
The service was almost 4 hours, which he estimated it would be, and even offered to reschedule. It was just my bad luck to be there on an unusually busy day with team members out.

Outright lies about needed maintenance, checked with TWO other auto shops!!! Total for the fake work was just shy of a THOUSAND dollars! For shame! It's not like Hyundai is hurting. How dare you take advantage of people who are stretched to the limit in this economy. I will never buy from you again.

I signed in with Claudia and let her know what I wanted done, which wasn't much on this visit. When the work was completed, I signed off, paid for the service and was out the door. I use Holler because they know their business. Will be back with the other car when it's time.

I dropped it on a Wednesday at 9am to have the a/c checked. They texted me a link so I could check the progress. The link DOES NOT work!!!! So why send it?!?!? Nothing happened on Wednesday at all, the link only showed checked in. I texted back Thursday morning. What's the status? There were some other things wrong, but I don't get my car back until Friday at 11am. You call, no one picks up.

I took my car in for maintenance service at 6:30am. Derek took care of me right away. It was just a little over an hour before it was completed. He kept in touch via text. He told me if I came to his desk in 10 minutes, he'd be ready with the paper work, and he was. No complaints!

Service was not performed. Appointment time was 10 AM. At 1 PM they had not started yet and there were still two people in front of us with an estimate of 3 PM completion time. We had to leave and could not wait. Six hours for an oil change is unacceptable. We will never go back to this dealership. We have used for 40 years and purchased two vehicles from.

It took over 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation like it always does. Which is not right. When they finally brought my car out there was grease on both fenders and drivers passenger door. They never reset the maintenance light which they said the did. There was no seat protection on the seats. I I won't be going back!!!!

I had my car service in Dec. here for exactly what i came back for... I had to come back 4 times the 3rd time the service person told me he does not know what is wrong with my car. The 4 time they kept it for 2 days just to tell me it was my spark plugs that was supposed to have been replaced when I paid $1300.00 for a tune up. Holler Hyundai has very poor customer service. I had to call corporate to get any results.

This is the absolute worst place to take a car for service! Because of them, I will be getting rid of my car. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment. You wait for hours just to get an oil change. I am extremely dissatisfied with Holler Hyundai North! If i could rate them zero, I would!

Nice people but I requested full synthetic oil for 25.00 dollars more and the receipt states they gave me the blend I have been getting the last 7 oil changes . No oil sticker on windshield for next oil change an had to wait 3 1/2 hours. Nice people but I think we will go to Tire Plus in future.

This location has been the worst experience since purchasing the kona.
This visit I was told I missed my 30,000 mile checkup, which I did not. Service guy would not give me a breakdown of what he is saying I missed at the 30,000 mile service. They rotated new tires, and did not inflate properly. This is every time. All 4 tires are a different psi. Every visit is a different service tech with a bad attitude.
Very disappointing!

VERY accommodating folks here at Holler. I had some service work scheduled at Coastal Hyundai, left my car for 2.5 hours, but they "forgot" to do the work requested. I called Holler in a pinch, they gave me 3 choices for times, and had me out the door in under one hour. I'll gladly drive an hour to have my service work at Holler.

Service Department was running way behind and didn't finish the items that I brought my vehicle in for. Main items, of oil & Filter change and recall bulletin were completed, but tire rotation and system checks were not completed in the 4 hours I waited during my service appointment.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided as it was of subpar quality, resulting in an overfilled and oil-leaking car. I had to go back, and they claimed to have rectified the situation. In addition, they removed some of the excess oil they had initially added. It is truly unbelievable.

Problems developed during service resulting in long wait time and necessity to return the next day. Problems were then promptly resolved. I always get good service here and the problems that occurred were due to failed parts, not due to technician.

I made an appointment for scheduled maintenance work per the mileage on the car. The appt. was at 10:00 am and I DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 2:00 pm.
I will find another dealer to get the maintenance done next time.
