They are trying to make money by failing state inspection which are not related to state inspection. Last year when I had a state inspection from a different company, they did not find any issues. I only drove 1000 miles in the last year but Hogan is pointing issues which are not even real issues and failed my inspection

This was part of an extended warranty work. Part needed replacing. They work with warranty provider directly. But they charge a high shop fee. Thus ended up paying more than the deductible.

At the earliest morning I did not find a possibility to do VA Inspection in the closest green & black company. Found this point randomly. Estimated time for waiting was 2 hours and they did it actually faster. Recommended!

I went with rear passenger Flat tire.
I still had around 10k left on my tires
They said it's not repairable and recommended to replace tires
They hoped I will replace tires there.
Next day I went to costco for replacing tires. Costco checked and just repaired the tire. It costed me $11 instead of hundreds of dollars.

The man at the front desk was very surly. In addition to being terse and unfriendly, he lied about the cost of the oil change. He told me the cost of the would be $89.99. The final cost was over $113.00.
When I asked why it was so much over, he said the cost of disposal, etc. I said shouldn't that be quoted in the cost? He said No, and gave me my keys.
This was my last visit to Hogan and Son's.

What's the point of advertising for appointments if you don't honor them. Made an appointment for 0900, waited until 1015, had not even moved my car into the bay, f*** you guys; never again. Plus I got to listen to all the office gossip of who lost a Tesla key and who wasn't organized with work orders. Avoid at all cost.

I chose to not let them work on my car since somethings they didnt make sense with diagnosis. They charged a check out fee, the amount of which had not been discussed. Ive been a customer for yes, but no more since I feel they are solely money driven. I was unhappy with the amount of the checkout fee and the lack of upfront conversation. I am no longer their customer.

Well I arrived at 7:30am just for a tire rotation. I had to wait a long time until 9:10am when the service was completed. Dave was fantastic helping me. The service technician was awesome explaining various things that I needed to be aware of. I appreciated all that was done.

I was hoping to be able to get a ride from my home (which might be a mile and a half if that far) to the shop but they claim they did not have enough people to do that. I got a Lyft there about seven minutes later. When I got there, I saw several employees smoking behind the bay. So I felt as if they werent giving their best customer service.

it wasthe worse experience ever. I trusted them and thought by taking pics, it was a good thing. Well i had the car inspected by another mechanic and they confirmed that Hogan and Sons use cheap products therefore, making you return your car for service that it's not necessary. I will never ever go back to them. I wish I could get my money and time back. I spend over $1000 on brakes on a 2016 with less 50k miles.

Customer Service was okay.
Used to be better.
I asked the guy a question about my windshield which was hit by a stone.
His response sounded like 'Why are you asking me? Go check with your insurance'.
Not what I expected.
I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon.
