I am going on a 1500 mile trip by myself and although I had my oil changed 2,000 miles ago; I wanted the car checked over for anything that might be a problem on my trip ( ie: lights, wipers, tire pressure, brakes etc...). They understood what I needed and scheduled me quickly. And on top of that - they didn't charge me for that service. Unheard of today...

The service was done in a hour or so like I was told but I was surprised the car didn't get washed like it was the first time and vacuumed. But maybe they were busy or maybe because it was cold. But I appreciate the employees there and their work just surprised.

Front end alignment was part of a collision repair. The entire process from assessment to repairing was very well communicated and coordinated with the insurance company. The final cleanup and checkout of the car was outstanding. Will not hesitate to use the Hoffman Collision Center again.
