I liked how the staff treated me. Everyone was very nice. I did not like that the emission system that had failed previously and had already been repaired failed again just one month after the warranty expired and cost me nearly $1000. I expected more from Audi.

Within three hours, my TT had new coils and a serpentine belt. Throughout the process, Sean was helpful and reassuring. He saved us from an expensive disaster. I have had greater while you wait experiences. I am use to being able to having an 8am service with a space to work & a hot beverage. The coffee machine was broken and a couple of workers stand nearby and BS. Not a customer facing location conducive to conducting business while you wait.
