Very fast, professional, efficient. I don't typically work with Hoffman Audi anymore because they're so expensive. I had to use them because it was covered by another shop and we needed a certified Audi calibration. Audi absolutely did an outstanding job.

Overpriced when comes to actual service charges. 206$ for coolant cap which is at the max would cost 50$. Though no issue with service and the issue was fixed without raised eyebrows. Recommend if you are ready to pay 3 or 4 times than the service from authorized service shops

She came out to the waiting area twice to inform me about how it was progressing and what other services the inspection showed were needed.She is surely an asset to Hoffman and a pleasure for the customer to deal with.

They took a very long time to diagnose my car and get it scheduled for repair. In the meantime, they did give me a loaner, which was nice to use. However, they don't always communicate about when things are going to be ready and the process. Last they charged me $45 for gas, even though I returned the loaner vehicle full. When I called them up, they remove the charges without any questions, but I was a little bit irritated by that.

I will never do business with Audi again nothing wrong with the service dept but when a vehicle with 55k miles has an engine issue and it's a know issue in the 3L's and they want the owner to put out 33,000 to fix it. They can keep their junk.
