Service consultant was extremely helpful in getting everything completed in a timely manner and contacting Jeep to get me a great deal. If I could say I was unhappy about anything, it would be the length of time it took from when the problem occurred until I could get it into the shop (over a week).

The service department always are there when I need them the most. I have had some crazy problems happen and have called on them for help. They have always been able to get me in for service. Ralph Calvin is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with, and goes out of the way to get my car back on the road and if there are delays he's set me up with a loaner. I recommend this service department, you'll see.

I bought my Renegade in 2017 brand new and I continue to take it to Hillview because they have earned my trust over the years. They have never made me feel like they were trying to charge me for things that didn't need replaced/fixed. The earring area is spotless!

I had my first state and emissions inspection done on my jeep compass. The Hillview service department is fast, friendly, and efficient. They all make you feel like family when you're there. I even saw Tim, who sold me my keep. He actually remembers his customers!

Excellent service. Had a gas line leak in the engine. Had to drop off overnight due to this being a safety hazard. The shop was very responsive, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, repay, tested and returned in less than 36 hours. Couldn't ask for better service.

I like that they replaced the recall I did not like that. There are oil and grease fingerprints all through my van on top of my visor, which was nowhere near where they needed to be which I can't get off
