Great knowledgeable guys working the front. I made my appointment online. They were ready for me even though I had accidentally mistyped my phone number. I'll be returning next week to replace my spark plugs. I've also been to the hillside tire in Draper, Ut and they too are very helpful and worked on my 2007 Maxima when it broke down. Great honest pricing!!

We had our vehicle towed in to get it checked because the "knock" sensor went off and the check engine light was flashing. We were told it needed a new engine, although they didn't do any diagnostic tests on it except to read the OBD II code. We wanted a second opinion, so we had it towed to Ken Garff's service dept (downtown SLC). After they did a full and thorough inspection and diagnostics, they told us that the engine DID NOT need to be replaced. The issue was that the "knock' sensor needed a software update. We will NOT return.
Cost for new engine @ Hillside: $7,600
Cost for new engine @ Ken Garff's: $5,500
Cost for diagnostics @ Ken Garff's: $190
All we had to pay for was the diagnostics @ Ken Garff's
