I only had 250 miles over 24000 and they declined free maintenance. Sucks couldn't even use 2 years of free maintenance. Otherwise service is decent they always try to get the most money by recommending changing cabin/engine filters that anyone can do in 10mins and save over $120

Service advisers look into each car and service history and give you detailed information based off of OEM owners manual. Explain the work needed and the sorority of the benefits of preventative maintenance. Mr. Harris and Mr. Gustavo have been consistent with their service.

As expected, however when they pulled my car out for me to drive away, my dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. How can both the service technician and the guy who discharged the car to the customer not see that? Took an extra 20 minutes for them to resolve said issue.

I arrived early for my 8 am appointment. Surprised to see a line of cars waiting for service doors to open. Service done promptly, sad that service representative mention that my Ist year oil change expired a few day prior. I hoped it was good for the entire month of July not just by the day of purchase.

Brought car in for oil change and was told have oil pan leak. Had my mechanic check told me leak was from oil filter housing and transmission lines were leaking from corrosion. The mechanic missed the problem big time. No mention of that problem. Fyi leak is no more.

I like the info but when it comes to add info from other repair shops it becomes difficult. I don't do all my repairs on the Honda Repair Shop because it's too expensive for me, so when it comes to certain purchases and repairs I go elsewhere.

it went by fast with no issues. appointment late in the day around 3:30 to 4 pm. service advisor was direct with my issues. 30 minutes later, all done and goodbye. no pressure what so ever for additional services. good
