My understanding was there was a leak, and the previous service tech said it is the oil pan. When I went for the repair they said it is the gaskets. When I picked up the vehicle after repair, I had asked about the oil pan. The response was, we wont know until we change the oil. Huh? I get home and the check engine light is back on. Would I recommend? not sure.

I like the video showing the car inspection and any such problems that might be present. I preferred driving to the Express Service shop for business, rather than going to the main service shop. I guess that was a cost-saving move to put several workers out of a job.

Easy walk in with no appointment needed, quick turnaround in less than 1 hour. The waiting area was not very clean and the carpets were dirty and stained. It used to be very clean but since they removed the old express service and moved it into the dealership building the waiting area is now dirty and the seats are very worn and coming apart. Service advisor was friendly and kept us updated on the progress.

Excellent service. Always helpful. Had only one issue. I was quoted a price, however there was an extra charge that I was told is always included in maintenance I had done. That was fine, however I would have appreciated it being included in original price I was quoted.

Ford, the service provider, provided clear info on services performed. Verified that repairs were comparable to other shops but experienced A+ service at Hill Country Honda. Ford also did after service follow up to make sure all was well with vehicle. I highly reccomend Hill Country Honda for their excellent services.

Oil change, two recalls and noise diagnostic. Truck required a new timing belt tensioner and AC clutch. Noise is gone and all repairs were done in what I felt was a reasonable time frame. Communication was good through it all. I was provided with repair costs and time for repairs.

Chloe went out of her way to arrange my appointment with their window tint contractor for the following day. When I dropped off the car she remembered me from the call the previous day. She provided timely updates on the work and I was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly. She was courteous and professional.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation (about $100) and ended up spending $1,400 on additional services & repairs. The CSR confirmed the callback number, but never notified me by text nor phone call when my car was ready. When asked they said they left a voicemail on my spouse's number. No voicemail was left. So either they made a mistake in not using the correct number or they lied about calling altogether.

Went to test drive a car that I was looking at online and the salesman put me on a different car with even him not knowing that that car was the wrong one, I was so excited until he told me how much the car was worse that ain't worth a dam, I sure have talked to his manager and make them pay the difference.

I went about a month ago for another vehicle and had bad service. I went recently and was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit. I was greeted by new staff members with pleasant attitudes and professionalism. It's the customer service that I've become accustomed to from this location. Mr Macias and the new supervisor/manager were awesome.

The people at my Honda dealership are awesome. They let me know what's wrong with my car and also has a video tape so I can see what needs to be done. They show me what I need in the future in I can't do it right now. They wash my car every time I go do any work on my vehicle.

Overall, I was happy once I was able to connect with a salesperson that was still there when I wanted to look at a car. He was very good to work with and was able to show me a vehicle that was in Service. Then, he made sure it was certified and had a new headlight installed. It took a while in Finance and had to wait up there multiple times.

Took a lot longer to get car oil changed and they did not do an inspection of vehicle for other recommended services. Personnel were not as professional as in the express service center the last couple of years I had my car serviced.

Tire rotation was excellent; however, the technician had my a/c running and left it on when I picked up my vehicle and I started it on with the a/c BLOWING at max fan speed and was set at a high speed and 64 degrees!!! I never run my 3 Honda at this ridiculous speed as leave the a/c ON while starting!!! I'm not Happy! Also I'm missing my lug wrench! Need an explanation and fuel reimbursement!
