Just as bit arrogant customer service, pretty much like all mainline foreign dealers in Huntsville as they know they have a captive audience. For example... 20ish parking spots clearly marked customer parking. In over 10 of them are parked their new cars - pretty much all you need to know about what they think of the customer. We'll be looking for another independent service outlet now service contract up.

classic bait and switch. purchased a cpo vehicle. requirements for cpo is that tires must have minimum 5/32 tread. they didn't. negotiated a 50/50 payment for OEM tires. they had to order them. 2 weeks after, took car in they installed bargain basement tires that my portion only would cover cost. they would not make things right and would not return calls. horrible customer service. bottom line is that they stole $400 from me.

Every time I serviced my car there I had problems the next day. my last experience with this dealership was the worst one ever. On the top of the worst service this time they stole money from my car. I am never going back there again and I would not recommend it to anyone either.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done on the Audi. The service manager was very helpful over the phone and the second manager was also very helpful in person. I even had the pleasure of meeting one of the service guys when I was unable to remove the old license plate. The shop was VERY clean and the service guy very helpful. It was an outstanding client service experience!!
