Friendly Service Advisor, under promised and over delivered about the time expectation. Offered to give me a ride nearby while I waited for the service completion. Loved getting a video that let me see the mechanic's attention to detail; checked tire tread, pressure, checked all fluids. The video is a nice touch to enhance confidence that your vehicle is really checked out thoroughly.

The service was excellent. The only thing is the wait time to get the vehicle in to the shop to have the technician diagnose the issue(s). The name Chevrolet should not have a customer wait 7 working days or longer. It should be no longer than 2 days!

Poor customer service. Service department cannot explain why 56 miles was driven on my vehicle when service invoice states mileage driven was only 5 miles . Numerous attempts to get them to do an investigation including adhering to their requests to scan my odometer to get an accurate reading and lies saying my odometer was off 44 miles. Immediately drove it to Platinum Chevrolet to have them scan my odometer and my odometer was spot on accurate. Hiley Chevrolet service department cannot be trusted.
