I've always felt a certain way about taking my vehicles anywhere other than to a dealership for service. Like most people, I've had bad experiences with independant general mechanic shops. But my opinion has now changed after having worked twice with Christian and the people at HACC. I had an appointment at 9am, Christian received my truck promptly. I brought my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax 3.0 in with a bad a/c and not blowing cold air at all and they were able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. Christian explained the core issue and the chain reaction the issue caused and the repairs that would need to take place to resolve my a/c issue for good. Christian kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process and had my truck ready for pickup right on schedule. My truck overwent the replacement of the entire a/c system (compressor, condenser, expansion valve) and now my truck feels like it did the day I bought it. I felt the price was fair for the quality of the parts, the work, the warranty, the level of service and attention that I received. I would highly recommend HACC to my family and friends. Christian was professional from beginning to end of the entire process.Whenever you call HACC, you will more than likely be greated by Emily who is also very professional, very pleasant and courteous. This is a solid business, with solid people, that provide solid service. I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my truck maintenance and repair needs.
