The warranty work was fine. However the "service" was a different story. Their prices are outrageously expensive. Bad service! we got approved over the phone and traveled three hours to get there, once we got there things changed and told us we werent approved! We made plans to travel out to Aztec but ended going home with nothing! Im done doing service with them! Thats the fifth time theyve done that to us!

Dealer service shop only conducted partial inspection and price quote request for vehicle, after additional 2 weeks with no contact I pulled vehicle without any work being done. Battery was drained in the meantime, had to replace battery two days later after picking up vehicle. Do not recommend dealer service center.

The young lady service advisor was not very good about communicating issue with my vehicle to me she never called back with updates I had to call and see what was up and she did not know so she had to call me back when she did find out she still not sure about what the cause was and she said that the part was not even been pulled from parts which was going to cause me to be without my vehicle for another day so they can finish repairs.When I picked up my truck I asked what ended up being problem and repair was and she could not tell me just a sensor very bad service and communication on the advisor side. I have been to this dealership several times and have had no problems but I was dealing with a different advisor

The engine fault indicator light on the dash cam ON. I stopped at the dealership to see if the fault was a major or minor problem. They scanned the code and said it would require further diagnosis. I was scheduled to return in 4 hours to perform the diagnosis. It took 3 hours to find the fault and correct the condition. I was charged only the basic diagnosis fee. The other dealership I contacted said to continue driving the truck until December 13, when they could do a diagnosis. I am much happier with same day service.
