They didn't listen to the my issues with the vehicle and on the intake wrote what they felt was the issue. Therefore the was never properly fixed. They don't even car that the issues were not resolved.

Like always they took care of me it was gonna take a long time for the repairs so they got me an Uber driver brought me home and got me an Uber driver and brought me back so I didn't wait in a lobby all day did a nice job good service

Having sensor issues took car, they "fixed" it. A week later, sensor lights up, tire low. I cant be taking my car into shop every 2 weeks, its ridiculous.

Hessert Chevrolet needs to work on how long it takes for any service, no matter what time we go it takes around two hours, need more workers and add more service hours

it took 4 hours to do inspection,oil chage, tire rotation, i had a scheduled appointment. 4 hours is too long! also, did not get paper report of the safety inspection.

My car shut off 2 days after the service. The screen displayed Stabilitrak. I reported it to the dealership. They called and stated they were transferring me to someone to assist. After 2 attempts, no one answered.
