From the considerate and efficient service writers to the perfectly clean car (and the always perfect work performed on my vehicle), Herman Cook Volkswagen is the best place I have ever taken my car. And the dealership cares about its employees, according to them. The prices are fair and reasonable. I drive a fair distance to get there, but it's absolutely worth it!

It was very nice to see familiar faces from the old South Bay VW. The service manager and Richardo Sanchez were now at Herman Cook. They got me in right away with my 2014 Jetta Sportwagen and diagnosed the problem, then presented me with my options. 2 days later, car was done and was able to pass Smog. First rate service as usual! I had a difficult problem to diagnose with starting and Alan and crew nailed it again!
They not only solved the problem, did it at a very reasonable price. My vehicle now runs as perfect ly as the day it was delivered without a single hickup on starting.

They care about your car. They put decals up to remind driver when to return. They wash your car and vacuum it too. They will even ask if you are thirsty and bring you water! It's the best of the best. Pride it shows all over their faces.

The main reason I bought my VW here was their reviews on yelp. They answered all the postings including the bad ones. Almost all dealers never answer the bad ones which tells me they don't really care about their customers. Herman Cook does.
