The guys in the shop at Herl Chevrolet are always very kind and helpful with my wants and suggestions for what I might need. Since I was recently widowed this is very much appreciated. My husband used to be mechanic then shop foreman when this company was originally Handy Chevrolet. Although it is an entirely different company now we were never treated differently from then. I just had all my spark plugs and the number2 coil changed. On their computer it still showed that that was still the issue. I wanted them to clear the cars computer and see if it came back up again. I'm still having issues. They want to charge me $346 for the same parts that I had replaced at another shop 2 weeks ago.
