Shop did not pay attention to getting my vehicle done efficiently when I notified them we needed the car looked at ASAP. It took more than a week to look at. Only when I called in did they start working on it thanks to Derek. Attention to detail and customer service is not something that Service Manager Ramses cares about. Ramses even entered the wrong mileage so the mileage is off on my CarFax for this vehicle by almost 10,000 miles.

I called and made an appointment a week out to accommodate having a loaner car due to needing to continue to work. They failed terribly and I missed a complete days work. Also, I was told that my appointment was made with a technician that was on vacation so I then had to wait longer. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and hopefully they'll be better with communication and the loaner offering services.

A few days later my car wouldn't start and I had to get a jump on several occasions. Ended up buying a battery because I needed one. Not sure how this wasn't found when they did the inspection on my car.
